Electronics Assembler – QA Device Automation Team

About the role

Ajax Systems is looking for an Electronics Assembler to join the QA Device Automation team. You will work on building and maintaining test rigs that verify firmware updates and support the development of automated testing solutions for security devices.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble and repair electronic test boards according to schematics and drawings.
• Diagnose and fix faults on printed circuit boards.
• Order components from the central warehouse and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with embedded engineers and designers to build functional test stations.

Required profile

• Experience with manual soldering using hot‑air guns, soldering irons and reflow stations.
• Ability to work with DIP and SMD components, including 0603, 0402, SOT, SOIC, QFT, QFP and QFN packages.
• Familiarity with cable and wire assembly and basic hand tools.
• Understanding of component symbols on schematics and basic electronics principles.
• Knowledge of safety procedures when handling electrical equipment.
