Electrical & PCB Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead PCB design activities for advanced medical diagnostic and surgical systems. The role involves creating new board layouts, updating existing designs, and ensuring all documentation meets strict regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete PCB layouts from schematics using Altium.
• Modify and improve existing PCB designs.
• Prepare and release full PCB documentation packages, including schematics, assembly drawings, artwork, and bare‑board drawings.
• Execute Process Change Orders, Engineering Change Orders, and Manufacturing Change Orders.
• Build and maintain component libraries within CAD tools.
• Respond to vendor inquiries to guarantee manufacturability and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on PCB layout experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Result‑oriented mindset with quick iteration capability.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Required skills

• Altium Designer.
• Legacy toolchains: Mentor Graphics, CadStar, OrCAD.
• Design‑for‑Compliance (DFC) and Design‑for‑Manufacturability (DFM) expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and constraints.
• Component library creation and management in CAD environments.
