Digital Specialist – CRM & Customer Engagement

About the role

The Digital Specialist (CRM, customer engagement) will plan, execute and optimise healthcare professional (HCP) engagement campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital channels, collaborating closely with product, medical, compliance and digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel HCP engagement campaigns.
• Design, build and manage omnichannel communication journeys.
• Coordinate campaign planning and timelines with Product Managers.
• Maintain the content calendar and oversee campaign delivery processes.
• Partner with Marketing Cloud specialists to implement technical aspects of campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimisation actions.
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting for personalised outreach.
• Perform A/B testing and analyse engagement results.
• Prepare regular dashboards and business recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in CRM marketing or campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable CRM platforms.
• Proven track record in email marketing and customer‑journey management.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in audience segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
