Data Analyst – Growth & Performance (Mental Health)

About the role

Brainstack is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Mental Health product team. You will work with large marketing budgets and help drive growth decisions across acquisition, funnel optimization, pricing and monetisation for a rapidly scaling international product.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance of marketing channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and AppLovin.
• Build and maintain LTV and pROAS models by channel, geography, product and cohort.
• Conduct full‑funnel analysis to identify drop‑off points and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Perform cohort analysis on revenue, retention and rebill rates.
• Forecast marketing cohort payback and future ROAS.
• Translate data insights into concrete business recommendations.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of experience in growth, performance or marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with subscription businesses and web funnels is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently, communicate findings clearly and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (CTE, window functions, complex queries).
• Proficient Excel / Google Sheets for cohort analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of unit economics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention).
• Python knowledge is a plus.
