About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as a Consultant focused on Strategy & Transformation. You will work with a diverse global client base, helping them solve strategic, tactical, operational and transformational challenges by leveraging data and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects across various industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients, using data‑driven insights to unlock value.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas, and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.
• Work with senior delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations, and deliver recommendations.
• Independently analyze defined areas, synthesize findings, and highlight relevant insights.
