Business Development Manager (IT Outsourcing)

About the role

5Blue Software, an Israeli-Ukrainian software development company, is growing its sales team and is looking for a Business Development Manager who knows IT outsourcing inside out and enjoys closing deals. The company works with startups and mid-sized companies across Europe, and is expanding its presence in the US and European markets. Both part-time and full-time cooperation are possible.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch, with an outbound-first approach
• Run full-cycle deals from first contact to signed contract
• Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side
• Develop partnerships and expand the network across US and European markets
• Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe

Required profile

• English at C1 level, working mainly with US and European clients
• 5+ years of experience in business development management
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development or AI services
• Proven outbound track record: pipeline building, deal closing and hitting revenue targets
• Comfortable negotiating with senior stakeholders
• Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and conferences
