Business Analyst – FinTech & Crypto

About the role

Kindgeek is seeking a sharp, curious Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You will translate complex FinTech and crypto requirements into clear, actionable solutions for Agile teams, while shaping new client engagements from the first conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap, adapting to stakeholder feedback and market changes.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and act as the primary liaison between business and the Agile team.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality against business needs.
• Analyse technical diagrams and support the development team in documenting back‑end business logic.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including client discovery calls, proposal preparation, and Work Breakdown Structures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in the FinTech sector.
• Hands‑on exposure to crypto on‑ramp/off‑ramp solutions and banking/payment systems.
• Strong understanding of financial technologies, including crypto and banking payments.
• Interest in adjacent domains such as open banking, card processing, and AML/KYC.
• Proven ability to work on technical projects, including API analysis and solution design.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills for conveying technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
