Audit Support Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Participate in European audit projects, mainly at planning, execution, and analysis stages.
• Perform audit procedures and prepare documentation in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and BDO’s internal methodology.
• Assist in task allocation, process analysis, and preparation of internal reports.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, including business correspondence and relationship management.
• Coordinate colleagues’ work within projects, conduct reviews, mentor team members, and share knowledge.
• Ensure audit quality and compliance with ISA.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in auditing at international or local professional firms.
• Strong understanding of the audit process.
• Experience with IFRS or US GAAP and ISA.
• ACC‑A (in progress or completed) is an advantage.
• Advanced English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Confident Excel skills.
