Business Development Manager – iGaming & Sports Analytics

About the role

Flatstudio is seeking a Business Development Manager to launch and grow its outbound sales in the iGaming and sports analytics sectors. You will own the pipeline, work closely with the founder, and evolve the role into full‑cycle sales as the business matures.

Key responsibilities

• Research iGaming, sportsbook and sports analytics companies across Europe, North America and other target markets.
• Conduct first‑touch outreach via LinkedIn and outsourcing marketplaces using case studies.
• Qualify leads, schedule intro calls and collaborate with the founder on deal progression.
• Set up and maintain the CRM and outreach workflows, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Drive full‑cycle sales from initial contact to contract signing, including requirements gathering, scoping and proposal building.
• Develop long‑term client relationships, identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, and shape sales processes.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of hands‑on B2B sales or lead generation experience in digital services, agencies or outsourcing.
• Working knowledge of the iGaming industry, including operators, platforms and B2B models such as White Label and Turnkey.
• Proven outbound experience through LinkedIn or marketplaces, with a track record of initiating conversations.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools in your workflow.
• Advanced English (C1+) and functional Ukrainian.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position.
• Base salary €800–1,500 (depending on experience) plus 20 % commission on the first payment of each closed deal.
• 3‑month probation period.
• 22 business days of paid vacation, 3 paid sick days and public holidays.
