Accounts Receivable Accountant – Collections

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join Nestlé Business Solutions’ Collections team. You will ensure timely and accurate application of client payments, analyse open balances and overdue items, and support the collection process to minimise bad debts.

Key responsibilities

• Apply client payments to open invoices correctly and on time.
• Analyse open balances, overdue items and support collection activities.
• Prepare reports and reconciliations with customers.
• Perform checks and controls according to standards and SLAs.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of errors and propose solutions.
• Support credit management by analysing orders and releases.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Accountancy or Finance.
• Experience with international accounting and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Required skills

• MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (plus).
