Accounting Operations Accountant

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions' Finance Team as an Accounting Operations Accountant. You will support daily financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily activities in the General Ledger, including processing manual journal requests.
• Prepare account reconciliations and related financial reports.
• Identify and investigate unreconciled balances and differences across source and subsidiary ledgers.
• Provide regular tax reporting to the retained organization.
• Participate in KPI trend analysis, root‑cause investigations, and problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional knowledge of international accounting and reporting standards.
• Experience with local Ukrainian accounting standards.
• High precision and accuracy with numerical data.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
• Intermediate level English proficiency.
