Account Manager – SMB Partners (Ukraine)

About the role

As an Account Manager for SMB partners, you will be a key member of Glovo’s Account Management team, helping small and medium‑sized brands, stores, and restaurants grow their business on the platform. You will work closely with partners in Ukraine to optimise performance, drive revenue and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB partners through proactive communication, regular meetings and business reviews.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, generate reports and take corrective actions to meet company OKRs.
• Develop and execute growth plans, including promo negotiations, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
• Secure exclusive content agreements and improve partner visibility using marketing kits and merchandising.
• Renegotiate commissions, sell assets and address churned or inactive partners with targeted action plans.
• Support operational efficiency to ensure high‑quality service delivery to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations (preferred).
• Experience in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth start‑up environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the MS Office suite.
