Training and Development Specialist

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is a global team delivering smart, efficient solutions that keep Nestlé running worldwide. We are looking for a Training and Development Specialist to join our Global T&L HUB team and support learning initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure service quality exceeds expectations.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for L&D processes, handling queries via Contact Center, ServiceNow, Outlook and Teams.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution with impacted teams.
• Prioritize and plan training sessions based on the yearly training plan and identified learning needs.
• Organise events and sessions in the Learning Management System and track attendance and effectiveness.
• Administer training programmes, including creation, modification, registration and mass uploading of courses, videos and tests.
• Prepare business analytics on training administration efficiency and share insights with partners.
• Lead weekly operational reviews with function, business and market partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the T&L Hub focused on customer value.

Required profile

• Experience in Administration, Training & Learning, Organization or HR fields.
• University degree in Management, Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Result‑focused mindset with fast learning capability.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships through networking.
• Comfort working under time pressure in a changing environment.
