Premium Customer Support

About the role

Join the AdConnect business unit at appflame to provide premium support for top‑tier customers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and translating feedback into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted, long‑term relationships with top‑tier customers.
• Drive retention and proactively reactivate dormant accounts.
• Identify opportunities for personalized outreach and email campaigns.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, translating feedback into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (C1+) – written and verbal.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer support, account management, or high‑value client roles.
• Proven ability to work with top‑tier clients and foster loyalty.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Structured, critical thinking with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Problem‑solving prowess and ability to uncover root causes.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.

• Tableau or similar analytics tools.
