Head of Product – New Product Launch

About the role

We are looking for a highly systematic Head of Product to launch a new D2C subscription product in the consumer privacy and security space and build it into a category leader. You will own the full product lifecycle from market research to launch, working closely with engineering, design, data and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep market, competitor and audience research, define positioning, offer and pricing.
• Own end‑to‑end MVP definition, scope, build plan and go‑live readiness.
• Partner daily with engineering, write technical requirements and steer sprint planning.
• Build a high‑converting acquisition funnel, including copy, offer and onboarding.
• Design and maintain the complete user journey, ensuring a cohesive UI/UX.
• Define product metrics, instrument analytics and run data‑driven experiments.
• Drive monetisation, ARPU and retention through pricing, packaging and engagement loops.

Required profile

• 5+ years product management experience for D2C subscription products, including 2+ years in a senior role.
• Proven track record launching a consumer subscription product from zero to live with measurable results.
• Strong technical fluency – able to read code, discuss architecture and make stable technical decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to grow ARPU and retention with clear revenue impact.
• Data‑driven mindset with expertise in analytics and A/B testing.

Required skills

• AI tools (Claude or equivalent) for concept and prototype work.
• Product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and Tableau.
• A/B testing, feature flags and rollout strategies.
• Digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
