Contract Management Specialist – Legal Team

About the role

Nestle Business Solutions (NBS) is a global team delivering smart, efficient solutions that keep Nestlé running worldwide. We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist to join our Legal team and support contract administration across the Lviv/Kyiv region.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update contracts, maintain contract records accurately and within defined timelines.
• Analyze materials for compliance with legislation and support knowledge platforms and shared folders.
• Automate contract templates, develop best‑practice guides and report traffic, effectiveness and efficiency to stakeholders.
• Manage corporate data and ensure its integrity across systems.

Required profile

• Proficiency in international legal matters.
• Knowledge of Entities Management System administration.
• 1–2 years experience in a legal office or as an assistant (preferred).
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and work with contracts.
• Strong attention to detail, result‑orientation and good learning agility.
• English proficiency at B1+/B2 level or higher.
