Warehouse Supervisor – Vinnytsia

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead storage operations at our Vinnytsia site. You will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of agricultural products while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and releasing goods and materials using SAP.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure compliance with product‑specific handling regimes.
• Plan and coordinate loading and unloading activities to optimize workflow.
• Prepare accurate inbound and outbound documentation and generate required reports.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education or vocational qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role.
• Proficiency with computers and experience using inventory management software.
• Understanding of accounting documentation and basic labor and fire‑safety regulations.
• Driving licence category B is an advantage.
