Warehouse Manager

About the role

The part‑time Warehouse Manager will lead daily warehouse activities at Remar Schweiz’s site in Rivna. You will ensure that receiving, storage and dispatch processes run smoothly, maintaining accurate inventory and meeting safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage and shipment of goods, guaranteeing timely and correct handling.
• Organise warehouse layout and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement and other internal teams to align workflows.
• Prepare routine reports and keep inventory records up‑to‑date.
• Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
• Guide and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory control and inventory management processes.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and handle other warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software and reporting.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards.
