Transfer Pricing Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Transfer Pricing Consultant to join our Kyiv office. The role involves supporting clients with transfer‑pricing analysis, benchmarking studies and the development of transfer‑pricing policies, while collaborating closely with senior tax advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various transfer‑pricing databases.
• Process data downloads and conduct benchmarking studies.
• Perform industry and market analysis for client projects.
• Review and analyse client‑provided documents and information.
• Conduct research, draft transfer‑pricing reports and participate in benefit‑test projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of transfer‑pricing policies.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, economics or accounting.
• At least one year of professional experience in transfer pricing (internship or junior consultant experience is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of taxation principles.
• Upper‑intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian; German is an advantage.
• Strong team orientation and quick learning ability.
• Ambitious, career‑oriented mindset.
