Technical AI Engagement Lead

About the role

The Technical AI Engagement Lead will drive continuous AI adoption across eight engineering organizations within a large iGaming group. Working closely with each CTO, you will translate strategic AI vision into concrete engineering practices and ensure that successful AI workflows are shared and reused across the entire portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Translate CTO AI vision into team‑level disciplines, including specifications, review standards, and reusable skill assets.
• Run the diffusion loop: identify effective AI practices, validate them, package them as reusable artifacts, and transfer them to other companies.
• Operate the rhythm of bi‑weekly validation calls, monthly cross‑company demo meetings, and per‑company status boards.
• Teach engineering teams to define objective success criteria for agentic work and measure outcomes.
• Respect each company’s protocols by coordinating through local CTOs and maintaining clear communication channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI adoption or engineering enablement initiatives across multiple organizations.
• Strong ability to work with senior technical leaders (CTOs) and influence engineering culture.
• Excellent analytical skills to detect, validate, and measure AI practices.
• Track record of delivering measurable productivity improvements without increasing change‑failure rates.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Knowledge of custom MCP server environments and AI‑gateway deployments.
• Ability to create reusable artifacts (playbooks, spec templates, skill repositories).
