Support Services Coordinator (SSC)

About the role

The Support Services Coordinator (SSC) will provide strategic leadership for the development, management and implementation of operational policies, procedures, tools and best practices at Tdh’s Country Office in Kyiv. Reporting to the Country Director, the SSC ensures financial and human‑resource functions operate efficiently and in line with donor and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual and periodic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Monitor grants and ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements, including proposals, budgets and regular reports.
• Provide strategic financial counsel to the Country Director and management team, delivering accurate analysis, cost coverage, variance tracking and key performance indicators.
• Oversee the HR department’s development and adaptation of processes, templates and tools for daily operations.
• Participate in initiatives to harmonise HR practices and policies across the delegation.
• Create or adapt HR tools necessary for effective HR performance at the country level.
• Formalise HR policies, guidelines, procedures and tools covering staff regulation, ERP, remuneration, recruitment, health insurance, disciplinary matters and training plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting and donor reporting within an NGO or humanitarian context.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to develop and implement HR policies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with donors, partners and internal teams.
