Supply Manager

About the role

SeLan, a fast‑growing Ukrainian manufacturer of cosmetics and household care products, is looking for a Supply Manager to strengthen its procurement function. You will be responsible for building strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting the company’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions.
• Process purchase orders from request through delivery and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce contractual compliance.
• Analyze the supplier market to find opportunities for cost and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other internal teams to align supply with demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Microsoft Excel
• 1C ERP (or comparable ERP systems)
