Supply Chain Administrator

About the role

The Supply Chain Administrator will support the end‑to‑end order process, from purchase requisition to final invoice matching. Working closely with Supply Planners, Product Managers, and Customer Experience Specialists, you will ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate logistics cost accrual, and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in Azelis ERP (D365).
• Identify and resolve deviations in price, quantity, lead time, or regulatory requirements together with planners and product managers.
• Maintain the order pipeline, track deviations, and keep data up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience Specialists to guarantee timely delivery and handle upstream logistics, including transportation, warehouse receipt, and import arrangements.
• Rationalise unit costs by bundling orders, limiting partial deliveries, and avoiding express shipments.
• Accrue logistics costs (transport, surcharges, demurrage) and report any calculation deviations.
• Respond to inquiries from principals, forwarders, customs, and warehouses regarding order status and documentation.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, raise credit notes or adjustments as needed.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation collection, and price‑list recording.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, order management, or logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data hygiene.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QA/SHE) requirements.

Required skills

• AzeliS ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of logistics cost accrual and invoice matching processes.
