Supplier Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Accountant to join our team in Lviv. The role focuses on managing supplier payment documentation, monitoring payment requests, and ensuring smooth operational processes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Examine supplier payment documents thoroughly and approve them for processing.
• Track the progress of payment requests, provide timely updates, and propose solutions for any issues.
• Identify operational challenges during payment request preparation and suggest effective resolutions.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams (Supplier Administration, Acquisition, Marketing, Logistics, Transportation) and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Background in economics, accounting, translation, or administrative work is advantageous.
• Very good communication skills in English (B2 level, written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Engagement and desire to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
