Strategic Sourcing Manager – Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). You will lead the strategic sourcing and management of key IFM contracts and regional specialized services across multiple European markets, driving efficiency, innovation and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing activities for IFM and specialized services contracts, from market analysis to contract award and ongoing management.
• Manage a portfolio of IFM contracts (hard and soft services), ensuring obligations are met, handling escalations and guaranteeing consistent service delivery across markets.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize contract documentation covering commercial, legal, risk and operational elements.
• Contribute to governance routines (monthly/quarterly reviews, dashboards, scorecards) and follow up on action points.
• Manage sourcing events in line with governance procedures.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and supply‑chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulatory requirements and health & safety legislation.
• Oversee dispute resolution and escalation processes with IFM suppliers, acting as single point of contact.
• Drive standardisation of tools, templates and data collection methods across markets.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices, internal benchmarking and replication of high‑performing sites.
• Lead productivity initiatives and help local teams identify efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain accurate contract records in contract management systems.

Required profile

• Strong strategic sourcing expertise and commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of contract law and legal/commercial awareness.
• Experience in contract performance management and KPI frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills, comfortable working with data.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proven dispute resolution and senior‑level negotiation skills.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders across countries.
• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (economics, management, facility management preferred).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in strategic sourcing or contract management, preferably in FM/IFM or the built environment, within a multi‑country environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing high‑value, complex IFM service contracts across multiple markets.
