Strategic Sourcing Manager – IFM

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager – IFM to lead the sourcing and management of Integrated Facilities Management contracts across multiple European markets for Mondelēz International. You will act as the central liaison between the business and IFM partners, driving efficiency, innovation and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing for IFM and regional specialised services contracts, from market analysis to contract award and ongoing management.
• Manage a portfolio of hard‑ and soft‑service IFM contracts, ensuring obligations are met, handling escalations and guaranteeing consistent service delivery.
• Draft, negotiate and finalise contract documentation covering commercial, legal, risk and operational elements.
• Contribute to governance routines, prepare dashboards, scorecards and follow up on action points.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and supply‑chain risks, ensure compliance with regulatory and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Lead dispute resolution and escalation processes, serving as the single point of contact for IFM suppliers.
• Standardise tools, templates and data‑collection methods across markets and share best practices.
• Drive productivity initiatives, support local teams in identifying efficiency opportunities and maintain accurate contract records.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, management, facility management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or contract management, preferably in FM/IFM or the built environment across multiple countries.
• Proven track record managing high‑value, complex IFM service contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract law knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, financial and risk‑management capabilities.
• Senior‑level negotiation and dispute‑resolution skills.
• Effective communicator able to engage senior stakeholders across borders.
• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
