Site Solutions Specialist – Construction Tools Sales

About the role

The Site Solutions Specialist will drive growth of the Milwaukee brand among large‑scale end‑users in the construction sector. You will identify key contractors, convert them to Milwaukee, and nurture ongoing relationships to increase sales within a defined geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage a personal customer portfolio in line with business strategy and targets.
• Demonstrate Milwaukee power tools and accessories to existing and new specialist end‑users.
• Provide technical support and efficient solutions for the product range.
• Train end‑users on performance advantages and safe usage of Milwaukee products.
• Promote all company products and services through regular contact and follow‑up on leads.
• Set call objectives in the CRM, plan follow‑up actions, and update the CRM daily.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful end‑user/commercial sales experience.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with tools and services is preferred.
• Practical mindset with technical aptitude and willingness to learn new product knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel away from home and work occasional weekends (pre‑agreed).
• Clean driving licence and working knowledge of English.
