Senior/Lead Game Designer

About the role

Bluembo is looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Game Designer to shape and enrich mobile casual games. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring engaging stories and mechanics to life, guiding projects from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear documentation for all project participants.
• Design and implement game mechanics from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and other designers to create technical tasks.
• Develop and maintain game cycle schematics and balance documentation.
• Design monetization strategies and conduct A/B tests on new mechanics.
• Analyze project indicators and configure game data.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level game designers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior or lead game designer.
• Proven track record in releasing and operating casual free‑to‑play (F2P) projects.
• Strong understanding of monetization and game balance for casual games.
• Good knowledge of the F2P market and current gaming trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to accept feedback.
• Reading proficiency in English for technical documentation.
