Senior Python Developer

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior Python Developer to help build an end‑to‑end workflow automation system that streamlines internal tools. The position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom Python applications and design integration‑focused software architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Optimize performance, ensure scalability, and manage deployments using AWS services.
• Design and implement Web UI components with ReactJS.
• Integrate PostgreSQL databases into application designs and maintain architectural compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues, create automation to boost system performance and user adoption.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on Python development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Upper‑Intermediate English communication (B2+).
• Strong analytical abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments.
