About the role
Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior PHP Technical Interviewer to assess candidates for PHP developer positions. You will evaluate coding skills, problem‑solving abilities, and knowledge of Java concepts while collaborating with recruitment teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer roles.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to refine interview questions and techniques.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and HR.
- Stay updated on the latest Java technologies to effectively assess candidates.
- Help create and standardize interview processes and training materials.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Java developer with strong understanding of PHP ecosystems and frameworks.
- Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to give constructive feedback and conduct interviews professionally.
