Senior Design Engineer, Growth

About the role

PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to work on the Growth track. The role sits at the intersection of design and engineering, turning AI‑generated concepts into production‑grade React components quickly, while shaping how the team prototypes and ships features.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype AI‑native ideas from Figma or LLM conversations into production‑grade React code within days.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Growth surfaces, handling layout, interaction, motion, accessibility and performance.
• Define and enforce quality standards for AI‑assisted output through reviews, examples and reusable patterns.
• Extend and improve AI‑enabled tools, processes and prompt libraries for the design team.
• Lead the establishment of the Design Engineer function at PandaDoc, shaping its workflow and impact.

Required profile

• Strong experience in both design and front‑end engineering with a portfolio of shipped interfaces or widely‑used components.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS, and at least one animation library such as Framer Motion or React Spring.
