Senior Commercial Business Analyst

About the role

MGID is seeking a Senior Commercial Business Analyst to transform complex commercial data into actionable business decisions. You will work at the crossroads of Business Intelligence and commercial strategy, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to define performance metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Commercial team with data‑driven insights and performance analysis.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards that translate business needs into visual reports.
• Develop and standardise client acquisition, referral, and lifecycle frameworks across the organisation.
• Define, monitor and roll out key performance indicators and commercial metrics globally.
• Prepare quarterly sales forecasts and provide sales projections for global markets.
• Analyse customer acquisition journeys and optimise client acquisition and rewards programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics or a similar role.
• Proven experience working with commercial or sales teams in medium to large organisations.
• Industry background in fintech, e‑commerce, digital marketing or digital technology is strongly preferred.
