Senior Bank Relationship Manager

About the role

Skelar is seeking a Senior Bank Relationship Manager to lead and expand its banking infrastructure across more than 30 operating entities. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with banks and fintech providers, ensuring resilient payment flows and supporting the Group’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop the Group's banking infrastructure, ensuring account availability, diversification, and resilience across jurisdictions.
• Define and execute the bank and fintech partner strategy, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of banking partners, driving proactive outreach and successful onboarding.
• Manage account‑level risk and diversification to guarantee uninterrupted payment flows.
• Support restructuring initiatives, corporate changes, annual KYC updates, and data maintenance in coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop treasury infrastructure for operating companies, covering SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging instruments, and investment modules.
• Negotiate fee structures, FX rates, and credit terms with banking partners.
• Collaborate with Payment Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate teams to align banking solutions with business needs.
• Lead and develop a team, overseeing research pipelines, onboarding support, and partner evaluation processes.
• Design scalable internal processes for bank sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding, and maintain reporting on account coverage and tool availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance within international companies, banks, or IT firms.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, cross‑border transactions, and multi‑currency payments.
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage daily routines, ad‑hoc tasks, and strategic goals independently.
