About the role
Intetics Inc. seeks a Scala Technical Interviewer to conduct technical assessments for Scala developer positions, collaborate with recruitment teams, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for Scala developer positions.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to refine interview questions and techniques.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and HR teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Scala technologies and frameworks such as Akka, Play Framework, and Apache Spark.
- Participate in creating and standardizing technical interview processes and training materials.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Scala developer with strong understanding of the Scala ecosystem.
- Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and handle interviews professionally.
- Additional languages are a plus.
