Sales Manager – Energy Storage (Ukraine Market)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the expansion of HINEN’s energy storage solutions in the Ukrainian market. You will lead B2B sales initiatives, build key partnerships and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HINEN energy storage products in Ukraine.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate internal technical teams with external customers to ensure timely, on‑budget project delivery meeting technical and quality standards.
• Report regularly to the General Manager on market dynamics, project status and team performance.
• Lead other assigned matters as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in opening new markets and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
