About the role

Foundation is looking for a Reddit Content Creator to help its B2B tech and SaaS clients grow pipeline through authentic, community‑driven content. The role focuses on producing native posts and comments across multiple subreddits while respecting each community’s rules and tone.

Key responsibilities

• Write Reddit posts and comments that fit naturally within specific subreddits.
• Participate in ongoing threads, adding value to conversations.
• Understand each subreddit’s culture, expectations, and brand sentiment.
• Spot conversation patterns, questions, or themes that can be supported with helpful content.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate existing insights or material into Reddit discussions.
• Collaborate with internal editors and content leads to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Occasionally support other content types as needed.

Required profile

• Active Reddit user who reads and follows subreddit guidelines.
• Comfortable adhering to platform policies and editorial standards.
• Detail‑oriented, noticing formatting requirements and tonal shifts.
• Responsive to feedback and able to implement notes precisely.
• Experience participating in or moderating subreddits without sounding promotional.
• Ability to write clear, concise copy with a human tone and adjust voice for different communities.
• Comfort engaging in B2B or technical conversations when provided context.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $23,000 to $41,000 CAD per year.
• Total compensation between $25,000 and $45,000 CAD per year, including profit sharing and uncapped commission on partnership‑sourced revenue.
• Fully remote work with required overlap with EST time zone for meetings.
• Company‑wide profit sharing and performance‑based commission.
