About the role
Intetics is seeking a Technical Interviewer to evaluate candidates for QA automation positions. You will work closely with recruitment teams to ensure candidates possess the required technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews assessing knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with recruitment to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques.
- Provide detailed feedback and evaluations to hiring managers.
- Stay updated on the latest QA automation trends to keep interview content relevant.
Required profile
- Proven experience in QA automation with tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Cypress.
- Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback.
- Professionalism and impartiality during interviews.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
