About the role

Intetics is seeking a Python Technical Interviewer to conduct technical interviews for Python developer positions. You will assess candidates' programming skills, problem‑solving abilities, and knowledge of Python frameworks, while collaborating with the recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews for Python developer roles, evaluating coding proficiency and understanding of Python frameworks.
• Work with recruiters to create interview questions and assessment criteria aligned with role requirements and industry standards.
• Provide detailed feedback and evaluations to hiring managers to aid recruitment decisions.
• Stay current with Python and related technology developments to ensure relevant assessments.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with extensive experience in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proven experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or educational roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical details clearly.
• Commitment to delivering constructive feedback and maintaining professionalism throughout the interview process.
