Python Development Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Python Development Team Lead to drive the creation of an agentic platform and deliver AI‑powered solutions for our clients. The role is fully remote but limited to candidates residing in Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing and building an agentic platform based on Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and LangChain.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to align technical implementations with business goals.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing client systems and ensure seamless deployment.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to uphold high development standards.
• Identify and resolve performance or reliability issues, and stay current with AI research trends.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Development Lead with a focus on AI technologies.
• Strong background in Python development and related libraries.
• Hands‑on expertise with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation models and LangChain.
• Ability to manage teams under dynamic priorities and deliver scalable AI systems.
• Independent work style in fast‑paced environments and passion for continuous learning.
