Python Development Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python Development Team Lead with a strong focus on AI technologies to drive the creation of an agentic platform for our clients. The role combines technical leadership, hands‑on development, and mentorship of a dedicated engineering team, all while working remotely from anywhere in Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of an agentic platform and AI‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to align technical implementations with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI components into existing client systems.
• Provide technical direction, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold high coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain platform reliability and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI trends and incorporate relevant advancements.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to convey solutions and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Senior Developer or Development Lead with AI experience.
• Strong background in Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) models and Langchain.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Experience managing teams under dynamic priorities.
• Ability to work independently or within fast‑paced teams.
• Passion for continuous learning in AI technologies.
