About the role

Kyivstar is looking for a senior specialist to lead public relations and press activities within its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. You will manage flagship social, charitable and military projects that have a direct impact on society and support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and evaluate end‑to‑end social, charitable and military projects, from concept development to results assessment.
• Coordinate cooperation with charitable foundations, NGOs, state bodies, business partners and internal teams.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with PR, marketing and digital teams to create informational campaigns that amplify project impact.
• Prepare and manage press releases, news items, presentations and other communication materials.
• Engage media, opinion leaders and partners to promote the company’s social initiatives.
• Analyse project outcomes, produce reports and propose improvements for future development.

Required profile

• Higher education in journalism, PR, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, PR, CSR or social project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong partnership‑building and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of corporate social responsibility and charitable practices.
• Fluent Ukrainian and English (minimum Intermediate B1‑B2).
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions and take responsibility for results.
