Project Coordinator – Remote (1‑2 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of international projects in a fully remote setting. You will work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers and Resource Management teams to ensure smooth project lifecycles, healthy team dynamics and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project phases from kick‑off to hand‑over and closure, maintaining schedules and documentation.
• Monitor team morale, facilitate regular communication and provide feedback to sustain a collaborative environment.
• Organise and support meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track decisions.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Prepare status reports, project dashboards and other artefacts for stakeholders.
• Contribute to performance review processes and employee development discussions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and help optimise operational processes using AI‑powered tools and automation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PM Assistant, Team Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a people‑focused mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
