PR & Product Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a PR & Product Communications Manager to shape how our defence‑tech products are perceived in the Ukrainian market. You will translate product positioning into a coherent communications strategy and bring it to life across media, opinion leaders, professional communities, partner channels, and owned platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product communications strategies, turning positioning into clear narratives and campaigns.
• Maintain consistent product storytelling across all external channels.
• Create persona‑based and account‑based communication approaches for different market segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with opinion leaders, military experts, professional communities, media outlets, editors, podcasts, and industry platforms.
• Identify compelling product news angles and craft market‑relevant stories.
• Plan and run communications campaigns for new product launches.
• Produce and edit PR materials, product stories, case studies, talking points, opinion pieces, and other content.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, product communications, or strategic communications within a product‑led technology or B2B environment.
• Proven ability to design and launch integrated communications strategies, from audience definition to results evaluation.
• Experience translating product positioning into consistent external messaging.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, persona‑based communication, and decision‑making models.
• Hands‑on experience working with opinion leaders, professional communities, and media.
• Strong writing, editing, and structuring abilities across various communication formats.
• Capability to grasp complex technology products and explain their value clearly.
• Business‑oriented mindset with awareness of how communications drive awareness, trust, consideration, and perception.
• High autonomy, proactivity, and ownership of results.
• Effective collaboration with marketing, product, sales, and cross‑functional teams.
