Post-Production Producer

About the role

BetterMe is seeking a Post-Production Producer to oversee photo and video post‑production, primarily for e‑commerce, while also supporting other content areas. The role focuses on retouching, building a contractor network, and integrating AI tools to keep production fast, efficient, and high‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pool of post‑production contractors (video editors, retouchers, colorists, VFX artists, AI creators).
• Match specialists to specific tasks and coordinate end‑to‑end video and photo workflows from intake to final delivery.
• Review materials in detail, provide feedback, and ensure visual quality aligns with creative goals.
• Write briefs, work with technical specifications, and make technical and creative decisions to optimise processes.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources across the entire post‑production pipeline.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience producing post‑production processes for photo or video.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle large volumes of information, and a well‑trained eye for photo and video production.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to resolve disputes, and take ownership of decisions.
• Quick analytical thinking to find alternative solutions.
