Payments Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Payments Account Manager to lead the onboarding and ongoing management of payment providers for Jugabet, a fast‑growing gaming platform in Latin America. You will act as the main liaison between our product, development and compliance teams and external payment partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding of new payment providers, including corporate documentation and application forms.
• Negotiate fees and commercial terms, and secure necessary credentials such as API keys and access tokens.
• Draft technical specifications and drive integration tasks from setup through production, coordinating with development, QA and other stakeholders.
• Oversee account onboarding, ongoing relationship management and partner growth.
• Conduct market research on popular payment methods and present findings internally.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, business development or operations within a payments environment.
• Proven ability to communicate with foreign customers and C‑level partners.
• Self‑dependence, proactivity and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• API integration and webhooks for payment gateways.
• Understanding of payment flow components such as transaction statuses, redirects and form fields.
• Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance procedures.
• Ability to write clear technical specifications and test payment methods before production release.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
