Operations Associate – Kyiv

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Associate to keep our daily processes running smoothly in Kyiv. The role is hands‑on, focused on reliability and efficiency, and does not involve management or public‑facing duties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Kyiv team, including procurement of supplies, equipment and hardware.
• Manage kit and inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with the international team on cross‑border initiatives.
• Assist people‑operations with device logistics and recruiter support.
• Handle finance and admin tasks such as invoice processing, receipt management and expense tracking.
• Organise travel arrangements for colleagues visiting from abroad.
• Support planning and execution of company events in Kyiv.

Required profile

• Based in Kyiv, native Ukrainian speaker with English at B2+ level.
• Full driving licence and willingness to drive when needed.
• Self‑motivated and able to own responsibilities without constant reminders.
• Discreet, able to handle confidential information and work under NDAs.
• Calm and adaptable when priorities shift.
