Operations Administrative Manager

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an Operations Administrative Manager to lead the Administrative Department of its Ukraine Country Office. Based in Kyiv, you will oversee office, facility, travel, and procurement services while providing technical supervision to admin teams across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office services, including monthly supply orders, procurement requests, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee facility management for warehouses, offices, and guesthouses, including rental agreements and maintenance.
• Coordinate travel services, manage travel providers, and ensure compliance with travel SOPs.
• Supervise document translation systems, mobile service contract reconciliations, and expense reporting.
• Maintain corporate debit card procedures and ensure accurate expense reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to administrative staff in field offices nationwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative and facilities management within an international or humanitarian organization.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to guide admin teams across multiple locations.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of implementing and monitoring operational systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Experience with document translation management systems.
