MEL & TPM Analyst Pool – Junior & Senior

About the role

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Third‑Party Monitoring (TPM) Analyst Pool provides flexible technical support for a variety of monitoring, evaluation and research workstreams. The pool includes both junior (minimum 2 years experience) and senior (5‑10 years experience) analysts who will contribute to the design, delivery and learning of MEL/TPM activities for international development and humanitarian programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support data collection, coding and quantitative/qualitative analysis across assigned projects.
• Prepare and deliver analytical reports, dashboards and evidence‑generation products.
• Lead or assist in methodology development, synthesis of findings and quality‑assurance processes.
• Manage data sets, ensure data integrity and compliance with MEL/TPM frameworks.
• Collaborate with programme teams to translate monitoring results into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Junior analysts: at least 2 years of experience in MEL, TPM, research or programme analysis.
• Senior analysts: 5‑10 years of relevant experience in international development, humanitarian or consultancy settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality analytical outputs.
