Manager, Information Solutions and Services

About the role

FHI 360 is seeking a Manager, Information Solutions and Services to lead the planning, deployment, and ongoing administration of digital information solutions that support public health surveillance and emergency preparedness under the EpiC Ukraine project.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee implementation of the Public Health Center (PHC) website and the Strategic Information System (SIS).
• Provide project management and technical coordination for digital solutions, ensuring they meet public health surveillance needs.
• Act as primary liaison between PHC, FHI 360, EpiC technical teams, headquarters staff, implementation partners, consultants and external service providers.
• Monitor system performance, manage updates, and drive continuous improvement of digital tools.

Required profile

• Ukrainian national residing in Ukraine or willing to relocate.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Ukrainian and English.
• Proven experience managing digital information solutions or similar IT projects.
• Strong understanding of public health surveillance and emergency preparedness contexts.
