Manager Business Planning

About the role

As a Manager Business Planning you will lead market and financial analysis to support strategic decisions for a global FMCG leader. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable business cases and revenue forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market composition by category, size, and forecast evolution.
• Develop fiscal models for tax evolution and impact assessment.
• Monitor market share, identify drivers, and provide pricing and competitive analysis.
• Produce revenue forecasts and financial analysis by driver.
• Prepare and present regular updates to the Management Team.
• Lead business case preparation for new product launches and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Mathematics.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in senior finance roles, including cross‑functional responsibilities.
• Proven experience in demand planning, competitive and pricing analysis, and revenue forecasting, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and their interconnections.
• Fluent English and native Ukrainian.
